Many quilters depend on local quilt shops to provide long arm quilting services to complete their quilts. But their big question is what does it cost?
There are factors involved in determining the price. First, the quilt size. Followed by whether or not the shop provides any backing or batting for their quilt. Finally, whether they want the shop to provide binding services for their quilt.
For instance, if they have a typical 80x80 quilt top and choose to have it quilted with them providing their own backing and batting it will typically cost around $128.
If they choose to have us provide the backing and batting the price will be more depending on the price and type of backing and batting, they choose. If we provide binding services, it also adds to the cost.
It is always best if they bring us their quilt top, and we will measure it and provide them with a free no obligation quote.
If you have an incomplete quilt left by a loved one, We can complete it for you. If you have any quilt tops you pieced together but would like them finished. Just bring them by the shop for a free quote. We can also make custom made quilts from scratch. Come by and discuss your idea or bring a pattern. We can discuss if it can be done and give you a free quote.
T-Shirt Quilts and Memory Quilts have become a favorite to many of our customers. If you need a free quote just set up an appointment. Bring your t-shirts or clothing to your appointment so we can determine what size quilt we can make and the price to charge you. All quotes will be in writing, so you won't have to worry about any unexpected surprises in the price.
Is there a difference between T-Shirt Quilts and T-Shirt Blankets? Yes. There is a big difference. Many websites market T-Shirt Blankets for $50 or $60 a real bargain to many people. T-Shirt Blankets are not Quilts. They are thinner and less durable than quilts. They are normally, constructed of a T-shirt Top with a piece of flannel, fleece or other fabric is sewn to the back. But T-Shirt Quilts are thicker and more durable. They can last a lifetime. After the T-Shirts are put together for the top. A second layer of batting, usually polyester, 80/20 poly cotton, or cotton batting depending on the customer's choice. It is given a third layer of cotton or poly/cotton fabric for backing according to the customer's choice. It is placed on a longarm quilt machine and quilted with intricate designs. After quilting the t-shirt quilt, it's completed with binding around the edges. T-shirt Quilts are more labor intensive than t-shirt blankets. But the added cost gives you a thicker, more durable product. Quilts are something that can be passed on for generations. So before wasting your t-shirts on something that may not last, consider paying more for something that will last for years to come.

Since our shop opened back in June of 2022, we have experienced a considerable amount of growth. We have now moved into a larger shop next door to our old location. We are now located at 12 Main Street in Englewood, Tennessee.
We offer quilt classes to meet your schedule. Instead of once a week on a given day. You just pay $40 per month or $10 per week. Come any day during store hours as many times as you choose. Call us for more information.
We have some low prices on Custom Baby Quilts. They are priced starting at $19.00 on up. We also have Crib-Size Baby Quilts available.
